Meet Your Captain
Ahoy Mateys!
My Name is Captain Charles Arnell. I am a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Master Merchant Mariner Boat Captain. I am passionate about all things on, under, and above the water. To this end I am also a surfer, Dive Master, Rescue Diver, And a FAA licensed Sea Plane pilot!

All of my life I have lived and loved an active water lifestyle. Since moving to Oregon in 1990 I have lived along the banks of the Willamette River. Recently, I have moved even closer and I live in one of Oregon's unique and historic floating homes!

I love to share this beautiful river with all of my guests. I have vast river knowledge and navigation experience. I have a very personal connection and a true passion for the Willamette River!
I am looking forward to sharing this experience with you!
The Fleet
Meet Sweetwater, our custom built, fully covered, rain resistant, 23-foot tritoon powered by a Yamaha 4-stroke, 150 horsepower engine.
Cruise the Willamette in comfort and style. Our boat has three pontoons for an extremely comfortable and stable ride.

Features easy entry and exit at dock level for maximum accessibility.

During the winter months, we have heated blankets and an onboard heater.
